We stand ready to support your septic needs as you work to bring your properties into compliance with state regulations. Give McCarty’s Septic Service a call to schedule your pumping at 304.269.3747.

PSA:
Per WV64CSR9 any site that has had a septic system and then no longer uses that system will need to make sure it is properly abandoned. An example of this would be when a public sewer system extends through your community, you connect to that system and no longer use your septic tank.

Failure to properly abandon the system can cause a safety hazard on your property. An improperly abandoned system could collapse.

3.6. The owner or operator of a sewer system to be abandoned shall abandon the system in the following manner: 3.6.a. The contents of the sewage tank shall be removed by a certified septic tank cleaner. The tank or excavation shall be filled to eliminate any physical hazard.
