We need help!



ADVANCE Termite & Pest Control is seeking a full-time administrative professional for our company’s busy office.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, but will train for the position

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Benefits: Health insurance benefits; generous personal leave policy
retirement plan; disability policy

Applicant must be comfortable with in-person, phone and e-mail customer service and communications, including:

 Answering phones and scheduling appointments
 Assisting customers in the office
 Preparing various contracts
 Preparing bank deposits
 Scanning communications into file folders

Applicant should be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and able to master other computer applications; be able to communicate with office staff and field personnel and be hardworking; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
