This is the giant moveout we cleaned back at the beginning of August. I completely forgot to post the listing. Now how could I forget to do something like that🤦‍♀️

This 3197 square feet Single Family home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is located at N6842 570th St, Beldenville, WI.

Update: i hesitated to post this but figured you all will wonder sooner or later where all my move outs went. Well they stripped me of my move out cleans as of july after speaking my mind to them! They literally asked if i could just skim over dirty rentals and do a half ass job, work for free,or do more work for less money! Remind you i haven't even raised my prices in over 4 years either! All this bu****it after 8 years!
So If anybody is looking for a move out im looking to fill end/ begin of month slots every month i especially reserve just for move outs!

Im going on a rant here. So I've worked with a property management company for over 8 years now. Im not trying to toot my own horn but im a damn good worker too.I break my back for them monthly. Ive re arranged my schedule last min,start at 2am worked all day and night,I've worked weekends, s**t I've worked hoildays even to ensure there places are move in ready for new tenants in time. Ive never received hoilday pay or bonus for any of it either. in the past they have given me a decent heads up as to how many move outs and as to who's moving in right away and who places aren't rented yet. They got a "new staff member " who handles all the vendors. So the last 2 months he doesn't let me know about moveouts till last min. For example last month 1 week before the 1st of the month he tells me I got 5 move outs! 1 due randomly with in the next 3 days because a tenant wanted to move in early! So then they told me only 2 were due as of the 1st but the the last no one was moving into. That was fine, then the day before I had a gut feeling something was off.so I asked again so only 2 are due on the 1st right?! Nope now all 3 were due! Which put me in a mad scrabble to find help last min( on a hoilday weekend may I add). Anyway I got over that month/hump. Now it's 1.5 weeks till moveout time again and I've had no heads up on as to how many moveouts I will have AGAIN! The tenants need to give 30-60 day notice to move out. I don't see why i can't be given a heads up?! Now they just hit me with a new completely bu****it task! Now thry want me to take my time to completely itemize EVERY SINGLE DETAIL TO MY MOVEOUT CLEANS AND HOW LONG EACH TASK TAKES! I do not understand how they think this will help, nore how ones supposed to do this when your cleaning 3+ moveout cleans in 27 hours i get to "turn them". Seriously my mind is mush for days after cleans like that! Not to mention who's paying me for all this extra time to take to Itemize these the invoices? They think I work for free i guess? It's all pure bull s**t and I sent them a 3 page text stating what bu****it I think their company has become in the past 2 months. Lets see if i have a job with themcome tomorrow 🤷‍♀️! Oh also by the way they currently owe my 4,500.00$+ and still accumulating! Rant over thank for listening

🔨August move in #2/construction clean up🔨
This is a construction move in i did on Monday. I started at 4:45 am and finished at 4pm. I felt so bad for these poor people. they were je**ed around by the contractors on due dates 3 diffrent times before the project got finished. This also means i had to switch clean dates 3 times. Then it was supposed to be clean ready the Tues before I went on vacation. I did a walk threw that Monday night before the clean Tuesday morning. I ended up finding wood shaving dust all over on top of the carpet padding.(the carpet was to be installed the following week).
I got on the phone with her and asked if she knew about the shavings. She of course didn't because they had been staying somewhere that was some distance from their home and hadn't been there for awhile. Apparently they had a guy come shave the door down and never cleaned up after himself and it just scattered across the ripped up torn carpet padding threw out the upstairs.
I immediately called her and explained what was going on. I told her I could come clean if she liked on that Tuesday if she wanted to continue on forward with the cleaning. However that ment taking the chance of all that ripped up carpet padding & wood shaving debris going up everywhere in the air after doing the construction clean when the carpet got installed. Or we could wait till after the carpet was installed and then I would come clean up everything as the last step in the whole process. She agreed that waiting was the best option,and I completely agreed. So this last monday i got it all shined up and move in ready for them! I hope the rest of their move in goes as smooth as possible because they deserve it after all that!🫶😎
