Cleaning for a living is NOT for the weak!!! I've been seeing this a lot lately and I want to make it very clear....if you are a half a$$er, excuse maker, not reliable, surface cleaner, and/or a pushover YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE IN THIS BUSINESS!!! You will get chewed up and spit right back out. Those of us who have been doing this for a while....we know....if someone is successful past 3 years....they have been putting in WORK....HARD WORK....CONSISTENTLY!!! This is not a get rich quick job. I work more hours now than I EVER have. My responsibilities never end....literally. It takes a true commitment to yourself and YOUR clients to survive in this industry. It's not impossible but it is NOT EASY!!!

Happy Monday!!
This morning 3 of my periodic clients 1 of which that refers me often, both came in looking to set up services. And a move out clean call from a property Management company I provide clean outs for. And sweet messages like this is sometimes all one needs ❤️! Today has been busy phone day 🙃!!

I am Thankful to have successfully made it through the Thanksgiving hustle and officially made it home & off for the next 4 days!
Yes, I am closed tomorrow but will resume Services Sunday 30th.
I am off for some family time & sunny 80° weather 🌞 .
I am Grateful that my clients will be hosting in their freshly clean homes!

I strive to Exceed, it gives me pure satisfaction!
Today during a clean out, I took photos throughout the job to send to the client. I Exceeded the scope and expectations, I was not just rewared the pure satisfaction from self but they were beyond Thankful they paid $100 over the quote.
People are Thankful in so many ways when you are Exceeding, not just meeting those expectations. Proper Communication is also exceeding as well.
