JUST SOME GOOD OL' BOYS MAKIN' SOME NOISE!

Sometimes in this business, you're waiting on parts to arrive, and there's not much you can do to speed things up.

So what do you do? Well, sometimes a little team bonding, a few laughs, and some good ol' fashioned "shooting the breeze" is just what the doctor ordered!

At TSE, we believe in working hard, but we also know there's nothing wrong with enjoying the company of the folks you work alongside.

Now, here's the million-dollar question... 🤔

If this picture were captioned "Just Some Good Ol' Boys Makin' Some Noise"...

WHAT IN THE WORLD DO YOU THINK THESE GUYS ARE UP TO? 😂

Wrong answers are highly encouraged! 👇🤣

😎 WORK HARD. PLAY HARD. REST HARD. 😎

Well… you know what they say: Work hard, play hard.

At TSE, we like to throw a little “rest hard” into the mix, too. 😂

Whether we’re keeping operations moving, battling it out over ping-pong, catching a well-earned power nap, or watching Tibbs enjoy his favorite toy - everybody has their own way of recharging.

Handle business when it’s time to work - and master the art of looking busy when it’s time to rest.

⚙️ NINE ASSETS. ONE CREW STANDARD. ⚙️

Across the Voyager, Evolution, Thalassa, Conqueror, Odin, Black Hawk, West Neptune, Big Foot, and Stanley Lafosse, TSE crews are showing what company-wide teamwork looks like.

Different vessels. Different assignments. Different challenges. But wherever the work takes us, the expectations remain the same: work safely, protect the people beside you, and finish the job the right way.

Today, we recognize:

Luke Holston • Dustin Johnson • Joseph Zepeda • Clint Broom • James Oliver • Adam Iovino • Jacob Hollerman • Andrew Miller • Brandon Barnes • Talmus Lomax • Hunter Ainsworth • James Berry • Matthew Dunnam • Tim Herrin • Corey Cook • Ethan Broom • Robert Smith • Jorge Flores • David Hernandez • Michael Spence • Jonathon Pilgrim • Rawhide • Robert Foles • Stephen Massey • Reno Fleming • Aaron Williams • Michael Rahaim • Frederick Willis • Michael McKenzie • Phillip Cole • James Roberts • William Smith • Curtis Kittler Jr. • Toreyone Young • Destin Ellis • William Roberts • Matthew McCraw • Zach Johnson • BJ Williams • Joshua White • Rusty Highstreet • Riocus Davis • Mitchel Johnson • O’Darian DeMarks • Austin Pennington • Joseph Dickinson • Robert Bradford • Bo Savage • Troy Rushing • Kenneth Grissett • Travon Berry • Jared Oehms

These are the people carrying the TSE name into the field - putting in the hours, adapting to changing conditions, and supporting one another when the work gets demanding.

The equipment may carry the job, but the crew carries the company.

Thank you for representing TSE with grit, professionalism, and pride.

One of TSE’s newest additions.

Meet Mike - our Operations & Compliance Manager.

If you’ve been wondering who’s behind the reports, PPE requests, vehicle registrations, safety tracking, maintenance coordination - and occasionally turning a wrench when something needs fixing - you’ve found him.

Mike’s role touches a little bit of everything that helps keep our operation organized, accountable, and moving forward. From monitoring driver and fleet safety to managing PPE needs, keeping vehicle documentation current, tracking maintenance, and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks, his focus is simple:
Keep our people safe. Keep our equipment ready. Keep the operation moving.

Mike brings a hands-on approach to the position and isn’t afraid to step away from the computer and get his hands dirty when the job calls for it. Around TSE, we believe good operations happen when safety, accountability, readiness, and teamwork all work together.

One team. One mission. Get it done.

☝️ NUMBER ONE ISN’T A TITLE - IT’S A STANDARD ☝️

Out on the EOD 205 for Cantium, success is built one task, one decision, and one fist bump at a time.

Aaron Williams, Joshua White, Robert Smith, Keaton Bond, Reno Fleming, O’Darian DeMarks, Kenneth Grissett, and Michael McKenzie understand what it takes to keep the job moving: trust the man beside you, take pride in your work, and never let the standard slip.

That raised finger says #1, but the fist bumps tell the real story - nobody gets there alone.

Thank you, gentlemen, for representing TSE with grit, teamwork, and professionalism.

Eight men. One crew. Every man matters.

📊 JUST ANOTHER PEACEFUL DAY IN RYAN’S OFFICE… 📊

Fleet safety trends - checked.
HSE compliance - checked.
Training and risk management - checked.
Offshore operations - under control.

Then the phone rings… ""ADAM CALLING""... And with one quick glance, Ryan realizes every chart, graph, percentage, and carefully planned schedule may be about to become completely irrelevant. 😂

As our Management Analyst and HSE Manager, Ryan spends his days studying the numbers, managing safety, and keeping operations on track.

Adam spends his days making sure Ryan never gets bored.

Some people identify problems through data. Others just call Ryan directly.
