Just because it rained doesn’t always mean your lawn got enough water 🌧️☀️
We hear it all the time: “I skipped watering because it rained last night.”
But how much rain actually fell… and more importantly, how much soaked into your lawn? Especially during drought conditions, every drop counts. 💧
This easy DIY rain gauge is a simple way to see how much hydration your grass is really getting before deciding to run your irrigation.
And remember — don’t completely shut your irrigation system off after one rainy night. Your irrigation is designed to help carry your lawn through the dry stretches between rainfalls and keep stress levels down during drought conditions.
