Baughman Trucking & Excavating is a local contractor and accepting applications for a CDL-A truck driver with flatbed / lowboy experience. The typical operating range is of 1-5 hours from Holcombe, WI. This individual would be responsible for the transportation of construction and logging equipment to and from job sites, as well as loading/unloading trucks on job sites and at our shop.
Baughmans are looking to hire one full-time driver and one part-time driver. Both positions offer flexible schedules and will be home every night.
Requirements:
• CDL Class A driver’s license
• 2 – 5 years of flatbed trailer / lowboy experience
• Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening test
• Willing to be in a random drug screening pool throughout employment
• Have a clean motor vehicle record
• Have full knowledge and follow all Safety, State, Federal and DOT regulations
• Inspect/maintain/clean their vehicles daily
• Report repairs as needed
• Manage time effectively, self-motivated, reliable and strong work ethic
• Work flexible hours
• Able to lift heavy objects, up to 100 lbs, and climb up and down on trucks and flatbeds
• Professional/friendly customer interaction
Lowboy requirements:
• Experience of how to safely and securely load, chain, bind, transport and unload heavy equipment
• Experience with Lowboy and flatbed trailers
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and how to operate

The guys put a sewer in across the road. Installed the mound and had the site all cleaned up within a day. Professional and efficient!
