As the spring road bans start this week we get asked by concerned customers if we are going to be able to get to their tank. Pumpers have EXEMPTIONS from road bans for health and safety reasons, but have rules that need to be followed to help protect the roads.

We were informed again today that this is still an on going issue. We contacted Nterra again they said Verizon should have things fixed on their end AT&T is still having issues. So again if you are having connection issues trying to get in contact with us PLEASE either message us on facebook, email us, or try calling from another phone.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause we are doing as much as we can to get the issue resolved.

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CALL US AND CANNOT GET THROUGH PLEASE EMAIL US AT [email protected] if you have your account number that is great if not please put your address in the email.

We were made aware today that multiple people have tried calling since sometime Tuesday and have been unable to get through to us getting an all lines busy message. I just called and spoke with a representative at Nterra they told me that it is an issue with other phone companies not connecting or allowing them to call. (long explanation made short)

Please share this so we can reach as many customers as possible.

Chippewa County Road Bans have been in effect since Friday,February 2nd. Rusk County Road Bans also went into effect on Friday, February 2nd at Noon. You will still see our trucks out on these roads. We do everything in our power to change our routes so we are not on road banded roads as much as possible. We are a necessity just like milk trucks, etc.
