In these hot summer months when water sources aren't available, animals like moles, gophers, raccoons and armadillos will tear up a yard looking for food and water.

Moles are small burrowing animals that move through your yard in search of insect larvae like grubs and earth worms.

When watering takes place, it keeps the soil softer so damage is often times more frequent in a manicured lawns.

If you have laid sod down, insects and animals unfortunately will work together to destroy it, if the area of damage is left alone.

Today we got a momma raccoon and her baby. She was flipping up freshly laid fescue sod.

We plso picked up 3 more baby skunks in Edmond, and sprayed for bugs at one of our longest supporters house.
