Keep in mind termite activity is still around especially in areas where the temperature is controlled! Homes or structures with in ground air vents can create enough warmth for termites to gravitate to them for protection during the winter!

During the Holiday Season I get asked a lot for sponsorship and contributions to various different Holiday events, from office parties to breakfast and lunches, but mainly the reason I decline is because I’d rather see these monies go to a couple areas that it would benefit more! So….let’s worry about the kids who are in need and don’t have a lot of choices that are available to them and are playing with the cards they were dealt! Give what you can, when you can to The Marine Corps Toys for Tots program or Choose St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital! These are 2 of my favorite areas during this time of year, so that’s why I’d rather spend on the kids in need! -jason

The 3 T’s are upon us again, it’s that time of year….Taxes, Termites & Tornadoes❗️I’m already observing some swarming activity and have been seeing a fair amount of in ground swarming taking place! ✔️ This is the best time of year for a inspection or for homeowners to take a good look at their properties. 👀

Here we have mud tunnels/shelter tubing attached to concrete block stem walls and as you can see it’s nothing for these insects to attach and move from the ground right into your wood! Have your crawl space inspected periodically for excessive moisture,plumbing leaks, poor yard drainage and keep it as dry as possible!
