Last month, Ken had the opportunity to attend the two-day Spring Preventive Automotive Maintenance Association (PAMA) Management Course in Lexington, Kentucky, hosted at Valvoline’s world headquarters. The program brought together quick l**e operators from across the country to exchange ideas, discuss industry best practices, and gain valuable insights into leadership, operations, customer service, and workforce development.

One of the highlights of the trip was the opportunity to meet and speak with Lori Flees, President of Valvoline Retail Services. It was an honor to connect with her and discuss the future of the quick l**e industry, as well as the importance of collaboration between local operators and Valvoline leadership.

The relationships built and knowledge gained during the course will help us continue strengthening our operations, developing our team, and enhancing the service experience we provide every day. Learning from some of the industry’s top professionals and networking with fellow operators brings fresh ideas and valuable perspectives that can be applied right here in Grove City.

We are committed to continuous improvement and grateful for opportunities like these that allow us to grow, innovate, and continue delivering the fast, friendly, and trusted service our community has come to expect.
