💧 Why Does Your Hot Tub Need More Frequent Water Changes Than Your Pool?
You might think your hot tub water can last just as long as your pool water, but there's a reason it needs a fresh start more often!
🛁 Smaller amount of water: Your hot tub has much less water to dilute the sweat, body oils, lotions, and other contaminants brought in by everyone who uses it.
🌡️ Warmer temperatures: Hot water creates a different environment for water chemistry, and your sanitizer has to work hard to keep things under control.
🧪 Chemicals can only do so much: Even when your sanitizer levels are right, dissolved contaminants can continue to build up over time.
A fresh drain and refill helps clear out that buildup and gives you a clean slate for your next soak!
