Award Window Cleaning Services is looking for experienced and non-experienced full time and part time window washing team members, working in and out of some of the nicest and best properties in the Grand Rapids area.
Award Window Cleaning Services hire in rate is $18.00 per hour for non-experienced. We pay some of our staff up to $20.00 + per hour with several benefits depending on experience level. Get paid every week! We also offer premium pay rates for Lift Operators, Rope Decent work and working the occasional third shift. As a new hire we offer a $250 bonus, after your first 200 hours of work.
After 90 Days (full time) we have five paid holidays, Medical, Dental, and Optical insurances, as well as a free $10K Life Insurances policy, not to mention our retirement plan with an employer match on a 401k plan. We also offer incentive and review programs adding up to a bonus of $250, every 90-days. Can you say Overtime for over 40 hrs. per week? In many cases we work 10 hour days, 4+ days a week. Safety is our #1 priority here and we will train you to be one of the safest.
