Currently working on the structure of my hiring process and requirements needed. Now that I am in year two, I have opted to have legitimate employees. I will be expanding this year as I search for an assistant or two.

Requirements range from the type of business:

Residential Cleaning you must be able to clear a background check and interview. Must be a legal citizen with a form of receiving your paychecks in order to receive your 1099 & W2s. Completed interviews and training. Signed contract & more.

Construction/Commercial does not require a background check but you must be a legal citizen with a form of receiving your paychecks in order to receive your 1099 & W2s. Completed interviews and training. Signed Contract and more.

Administrative work would be the two of us working together online, at the library or through a video chat if needed. In order to help guide me building my website and sort out information. Get things organized and filed correctly for my quarterly taxes. Requires a signed agreement of understanding and payment for your time.

This process is to be taken very seriously. The foundation of this business is TRUST. There will be a thourough interview with detailed training but if you have the passion willingness and mental toughness to want the job then its one of the most rewarding ways to be of service to not only others but yourself.

Having the structure and dicipline it takes to be successful is a core value of my company. If you feel as if this speaks to you don't hesitate to reach out with some questions. Pass the word on to someone you know. Pay would be STARTING $15.00 to over $20/hr - still forming the rest of the contract.

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to jump on my social media here and kind of catch up with you on some things. I have a new number with a new phone, I will be keeping both lines open so don't worry about not having a way to contact me! I am extremely grateful that every single day I have work, clients to help and a fulfillment in my heart for everything that I do. Welcome to the home of the cleaning Queen in West Michigan. This side-gig turned into small business venture has been the most exciting time of my life. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be of service to you. Starting from the ground up, I am now an official registered small business!!
