Laborers and Technicians.

Laborer (Entry Level)

Starting at $20/hour

A great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

✔ Assist with job setup, teardown, and cleanup
✔ Move and stage equipment and materials
✔ Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
✔ Learn professional cleaning techniques and equipment operation
✔ Support the crew by staying productive and anticipating job site needs

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and on time every day
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical work
• Team player who isn't afraid to ask questions

If you don't know what to do, ask. We'd rather teach you than have you guess.

Technician

Starting at $25/hour
Technicians perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services while operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

✔ Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
✔ Complete residential and commercial cleaning projects
✔ Perform window cleaning, paver restoration, soft washing, and specialty cleaning services
✔ Operate lifts and specialty equipment as trained
✔ Deliver exceptional workmanship while protecting customer property

What We're Looking For

• Previous pressure washing or related trade experience preferred
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Strong safety awareness
• Professional attitude with customers and teammates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license preferred
