Hi everybody. Most days I'm up and down these steps to my basement gym maybe 5 to 10 times at most.
But today my average is out the window, the insulation to sound dampen my noisy work out movies arrived.
So I've been up and down more like 50 to 60 times so far.
I got right at 1000 sq ft of insulation. I know it will be just about all of the fun a guy can have for a couple of days. Fiberglass over you head is the most fun you can imagine! :)
When I was young and before carpet cleaning this one of the things I did for years.
The house will be better for it and warmer, I've found several gaps that I will fill as I go.

Tomorrow my friend Steve and his helper will be here to remove the old Hvac and install the new one.

Well sitting here looking at the ladder isn't going to get anything done.

This morning I went and picked up two dozen new work shirts from the embroidery shop.
So these added to the ones I have I should be in good shape for the next 5 years or so.

Hi everybody.
I was back at the cardiologists this morning, this time seeing the electrician. Apparently my wiring is doing well and my ekg looks good.

So I was back out cleaning this afternoon for long time customers south of town.
I did remember to get a couple of pictures.
I especially like there driveway it feels like you are in the mountains.

Hi everybody.
I was back seeing my cardiologist (the plumber) this morning and he has nothing but good things to tell me. Apparently I'm doing pretty well.
Just the kind of news I like to hear.

A couple of week from now I'll be back visiting with the electrician.

I need to remember to take a jacket with me next visit, it is cold in there.
Remember I'm the guy who is used to being in a room full of steam. :)

Hi everybody.
It was an interesting a day today, I got to clean my Eye Doctors offices again today, we do this about once a year and have for over 25 years.
I cleaned their Gardner office this morning and went up to their Overland Park office this afternoon.
It makes for a very full day, the rain made an even more interesting day.

Hi everybody.
Today I did my last job of my 67th year!
So I got to help another family get their new to them house ready for them to move in.
This house cleaned up beautifully. It was about 3200 sq ft of carpet with 32 steps to so it was a real good workout for my Saturday morning.

I'll be back out cleaning as a 68 year old Monday.

Hi everybody.
Yesterday one of the jobs I did was my own house.
I had a whole bunch of mystery spots show up in my living room, dining room, office and the stairs over the weekend.
Saturday I had done a lot of work out in the garage and got some grease in the tread of my shoes that I didn't wear for a couple of days which is why there was a mystery.
Anyway here is the culprit and some of the work to fix the mess both in the house and in the garage.
Yes I have old carpet in about a third of my garage that is where where the grease I stepped in came from.
It was lots of fun to clean up.

I was back here in town this afternoon cleaning for a first time customer who was getting cleaning done for his mother in law while she is out of town.
I'm thinking wow what a great thing to do for her!
