I have absolutely got some of the best customers on the planet. ❤️
When I opened Kastle Kleen back in December, I knew I wanted to build a great business and take care of people. What I never expected was just how many genuinely amazing people I would meet along the way.
A little while ago, I sent out a message letting my customers know that our baby girl is due any day now and that routes may be delayed or pushed back a bit while I take some time off to be home with my family after she arrives.
Since then, I’ve had so many people reach out to congratulate us, wish us well, and tell me not to worry about their cleaning schedule. Everyone has been incredibly patient, accommodating, and understanding.
Then today I opened a customer’s trash can to clean it and found this taped underneath the lid. 😂
A handwritten note congratulating us on our baby girl, along with a little bouquet of flowers.
Their P.S. said they both work and wanted to make sure nobody stole them, so apparently hiding flowers inside a trash can was the safest delivery method. 😂❤️
I genuinely just stood there smiling.
I completely forgot to get a picture of everything still taped underneath the trash can lid before I took it down, but it was honestly one of the coolest little surprises I’ve had doing this.
It’s easy to call people “customers,” but moments like this remind me that this business has turned into something much bigger than simply cleaning trash cans.
To everyone who has reached out, congratulated us, been patient with schedule changes, supported this business, or trusted me to take care of your home week after week — thank you.
And to the Majors, thank you so much. You absolutely made my day. ❤️
