🚨 YOUR LIFT STATION DOESN'T CARE THAT IT'S 2 A.M.!

Funny how lift stations always seem to pick the WORST possible time to have a problem. Weekends, holidays, the middle of the night… you name it!

And when a lift station fails, the consequences can be a whole lot more than an inconvenient phone call.

For business owners and property managers, routine lift station maintenance can help prevent:

🔧 Unexpected pump failures
🚨 High-water alarm emergencies
💧 Wastewater backups and overflows
💸 Costly emergency repairs and downtime

Your lift station works behind the scenes every day. Make sure someone is keeping an eye on it BEFORE something goes wrong!

🛠️ GOOD WORK STARTS WITH NEVER STOPPING LEARNING!

Our owner, Matt Estes, recently attended GOWA Field Day as part of his continued involvement with the Georgia Onsite Wastewater Association, where he serves on the board.

Field Day brings septic professionals together for hands-on demonstrations, new technology, industry education, and sharing knowledge that helps keep Georgia’s wastewater systems working the way they should. 💧

At Grumps Pumps & Septic, we believe taking care of our customers starts with staying informed, sharpening our skills, and supporting the industry we work in every day.

We’re proud to be involved in an industry that keeps Georgia flowing, one tank at a time! 💩

🚨 BUSINESS OWNERS: DON'T LET YOUR LIFT STATION BECOME A BUSINESS EMERGENCY! 💩

The only surprise your business needs is a good review, NOT a sewage backup! 😬

Your lift station works behind the scenes, but when it fails, the mess can disrupt your operations and hit your wallet hard.

✅ Preventative maintenance
✅ Catch problems before they become emergencies
✅ Keep your business moving and wastewater flowing!

We recommend quarterly maintenance for commercial lift stations. Don't wait for trouble to knock on your door!

💧LIFT STATION FACTS: LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT’S UNDERGROUND!

Your septic system can’t always rely on gravity. Sometimes, it needs a little mechanical muscle! 💪

Here are 4 things every property owner should know about lift stations:

🔹 1. They help gravity do its job. Lift stations pump wastewater uphill or to a higher elevation when gravity alone can’t move it where it needs to go.

🔹 2. Pumps and floats work together. Float switches tell the pump when to turn on and off as wastewater levels rise and fall.

🔹 3. That alarm is NOT decoration! 🚨 A high-water alarm can signal a pump problem or another issue that needs attention. Don’t ignore it!

🔹 4. Maintenance matters. Regular inspections, cleaning, and testing help catch problems before they turn into messy, expensive headaches.

Whether it’s a residential system or a commercial lift station, keeping everything working properly is important!

🌧️ All That Rain Can Turn Your Septic System Into a Stinkin’ Situation! 💩

After all the rain from Hurricane Isaias, keep an eye on your septic system! When the ground gets waterlogged, your drain field can struggle to do its job. That means slow drains, gurgling toilets, sewage backups, and unwanted yard surprises! 😬

🚨 Don't wait until your yard starts smelling like a sewer and your toilets start acting up! If your drains are slowing down or things are bubbling where they shouldn't be, it's time to call your local, trusted septic crew!
