Welp. Today did not go how we expected. Instead of being merely a clogged line, we found a collapsed cast iron pipe in the slab of a commercial property. Nevertheless we located the issue, accessed the problem area, cut and removed the compromised pipes, and replaced with PVC. Got all units back up and running SAME DAY!!! Whether it’s a residential or commercial issue, look to us to TOTALly handle the problem.

This old girl was 40 gallons and 26 years old. We upgraded to a brand new 50 gallon as well as code upgrades. New isolation valve and thermal expansion tank. More hot water is always a good thing.
