Well… I guess the neighbors have spoken. 😎

Our 2024 Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave sticker finally showed up, so naturally it had to go straight on the van!

And yes… I may have strategically placed a Phoenix Cleaning sticker right above it. 😂

Some houses you just never forget! 😳

This is one of those jobs from a while back that still sticks in my mind. These ducts had everything from heavy buildup to some serious rust, and the before-and-after pictures speak for themselves.

Jobs like this are exactly why we take pictures inside the ductwork — you never really know what’s hiding down there until you look.

New house, but unfortunately the previous owner's pet odors came with it. 🐾

After trying DIY carpet cleaning and sprinkle-on carpet powders, they called Phoenix Cleaning.

We treated the pet urine, deep cleaned the carpet, and pulled out what the DIY methods left behind.
