✅ Commercial Lift Station Rehab Complete! 💪

Just finished upgrading a sewage lift station for a commercial property.

What we did:
• Installed two new 5 HP submersible pumps
• Replaced the entire control panel
• Added a new Davit arm for easy pump maintenance
• Custom fabricated an ANSI fl**ge adapter on-site

This homeowner lift station gave us the opportunity to diagnose and complete repairs. This one was definitely different, but we were able to fully diagnose the issue and determine exactly what needed to be fixed—so it was repaired correctly the first time.

We found a 2HP 3-phase Myers unit, and replaced it with a new 2HP 3-phase Franklin Electric unit.

The simplex control panel is equipped with a 1-to-3 phase converter.

Jefferson County homeowners

We’ve been out servicing a lot of grinder pumps and septic systems lately, and one thing we keep seeing is issues that could’ve been caught way earlier.

Most of the time, everything seems fine… until it’s not.

$25/hour – WILL TRAIN but basic Fundamentals of mechanical, electrical and plumbing is required. More Knowledge=More Money
40 HOURS/WEEK GUARANTEED

This is not an easy job. This is physical, dirty, hands-on work involving raw sewage, pumps, electrical controls, confined spaces, and emergency calls.

If you don’t work hard, don’t like long days during emergencies, or can’t handle uncomfortable jobs — do not apply.

EXPECTATIONS:
• Show up every day and give 150%
• Handle long hours during emergency situations
• Available for after-hours emergency calls (rotated after training)
• Willing to travel out of town occasionally

OUT-OF-TOWN WORK:
• Hotels 100% covered
• Meals 100% covered
• All travel expenses covered

THE WORK:
• Residential sewage & grinder pump service
• Lift station rehab & repairs
• Pump & motor rebuilding
• Basic electrical, controls, and plumbing
• Will be working with 115V, 230V, 480V, 1-phase and 3-phase systems
• Municipal, commercial, and residential sites

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• Strong work ethic — no excuses
• Comfortable with sewage and physical labor
• Willing to learn pumps, electrical, controls, and plumbing
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Basic construction knowledge
• Basic hand tool and power tool knowledge
• Must be able to pass a background check for government clearance on job sites

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):
• OSHA 10 certification
• Confined space entry knowledge
• Crane rigging and harness experience
• General crane experience
• Excavator and skid steer operation
• Willingness to get certificates or learn on the job
