Ever wonder why we prefer using our own cleaning equipment instead of our clients'? 🧹

There's actually a pretty good reason!

This morning at our Monday breakfast, Sarah, our Lead Trainer, spent some time going over vacuum maintenance with our team.

Vacuum maintenance has always been part of our training at TLC, but today Sarah went a little deeper into WHY it's so important.

You would be surprised how much dirt, dust, and hair can build up inside a vacuum. Even a vacuum that looks perfectly clean on the outside can have clogged filters, restricted airflow, or brush rolls that aren't working properly.

And when that happens, it doesn't matter how great your cleaning technician is. The vacuum simply isn't going to perform the way it should.

This is one of the biggest reasons we prefer bringing our own equipment into our clients' homes.

We know how our vacuums are maintained, when they're cleaned, and what condition they're in. We're not walking into a home wondering if the vacuum has enough suction to get the job done properly.

I appreciate Sarah taking the time to explain the WHY behind our routines instead of just showing everyone what to do.

After all, maintaining our equipment is just as important as knowing how to use it!
