A lot has happened since we posted in April!
For the past (almost) 4 years our operations have been the same since day one. I used an Excel spreadsheet for our schedule, unit check lists were on paper, and I told employees each day what their schedule was.
In comes Betsy Dauer as our operations manager and MAN! Did she change everything. FOR THE BETTER! We really can't thank her enough for the months of hard work getting Savvy Cleaning organized and work life behind the scenes easier now. She got us verified on Google and a website started. If you're a small business thinking about hiring an operations manager, get on her list! You won't be disappointed. 🫶
Over the past few days our small team cleaned 14 units for new tenants to move in to today 🙌 Savvy wouldn't be what it is without Karlee Cameron, Dakota, Amy Jewel Fossum, and Wesley.
