Dear Residents,
Our community dumpsters have filled much faster than usual so unfortunately we will be unable to have them tomorrow. There is currently some room left for today, but if they fill before 5 p.m. we will close. We have reached out to our dumpster provider and we are scheduling more community dumpsters for the following Saturday, the 23rd. We will update everyone with times. Thank you!

We have activated the SMS function in our billing system. This will allow you to use your phone to review your bill, pay your bill and get reminders. It will allow us to send emergency messages via text/SMS. We will only use this in an emergency capacity. If you’re interested in these features, please review the flyer below for directions.

To sign up, you must:
• Have your cell (mobile) phone listed on your account
• Ensure that number is listed as the primary number
• Do this personally; we cannot sign you up

Due to the dry winter and lack of mountain snow pack, we are expecting a dry summer. Because of this, we will STRICTLY enforce our water conservation levels. As a reminder we have added them in detail below. It is recommended that your irrigation be set to water in accordance with Level 2 (blue), which is based on address.
