Six years ago today, I filed the LLC for my company. Today is the first day of my seventh year in business. If you had asked me then what I would be doing in six years I would’ve answered; “I hope to be working on a chimney.” Today I have all the work I could want. Thanks be to God. 🙏

Albert is a good guy who made an honest mistake. He’s been cleaning his own chimney every year for as long as he can remember. But without a camera to inspect the clean flu, he is unable to verify how well all the creosote came out. This year it didn’t come out well and Albert had a chimney fire. This is what we found when we arrived. Albert will be ok using this one until spring since the pipe with nearly 60% blockage has been swept out. The main clay flu will need a Poultice Creosote Remover chemical application in spring to remove the corrosive buildup and inspect again for any damages that may have been hiding beneath. Do yourself a favor and don’t be like Albert.
