" ........, we had sever flooding in Ellijay last night, it rained over 2" in about 30 minutes. With a 2" rain, a normal sized river The Ellijay, Cartecay and Coosawattee Rivers can rise 10-20' FEET! Yes, FEET! Your metal roof and 5" gutters simply can not drain as fast as it was filling them ESPICALLY if the're full of debri s from the 987 tress hanging over your house, so like my new 6" gutters on a mostly flat shingle roof, my gutters were over-flowing...and I cleaned them, Monday"

Does this look like your gutters?

This was after a full service and clean out. Every piece of the gutter system is completely spot free. Unfortunately the clean gutters and downspouts are attached to a clogged and unkept underground drain system...

Your gutter system ends on ground level. Your gutter system does not run underground. Prior to contrary belief or what you've been told your gutters attached to any type of pipe at ground level is not part of your gutters.

That's simply not correct..

If we cleaned your gutters and they look like this afterwards, it's because you have fresh water filling the newly clean gutters and downspout and not being able to drain because of a blocked underground drain system.

We cannot assist with this however we can diagnose and let you know what the root problem is. We can then refer you to a qualified contractor who specializes in this type of drainag has this is a specialty not capable of being completed by Gutter Guy of Ellijay . So if this is your gutter system after your gutters have been cleaned, ww can simply refer you to an individual who can help you with that issue.

Your gutters are aluminum. They end at ground level. They are in no way associated with an underground system in regards to our service.

Keeping your roof line clean increases the life of your roof, allows gutters to flow freely, looks 100x better, and keeps those rusty leaky issues at bay.
