Some heroes wear capes. Some show up with a truck full of porta-potties.

Brown & Jackson Septic and Portable Toilets is a family-owned Ellensburg business that quietly makes large community events actually possible. When you’ve got hundreds of people hydrating for a .5k, you need a plan. They specialize in septic pumping, portable toilet rentals, and septic installation across Kittitas County, and for this event they donate the units that keep things civilized.

They’re one of those unspoken pillars of a gathering like this. Nobody posts selfies with a porta-potty, but everyone is grateful it’s there. Without businesses like Brown & Jackson, the St. Paddy’s Day .5k would be significantly less charming.

They also handle septic and drainfield design, permitting, and installation, and they’ve even rolled out a luxury restroom trailer called “The Suite” for when you want your outdoor event to feel slightly less… rustic.

Brown & Jackson is looking to hire a Toilet Technician. Work includes following a route, driving through Kittitas Co, and cleaning and maintaining portable toilets. Work week is Monday-Friday. Clean driving record required and 18+ years of age. No experience necessary. Starting ASAP.

Bonus if you're pleasant to work with, can communicate well with others, and don't have a weak stomach.
