We are hiring!
📣We are seeking to fill several positions including lead housekeepers, seasonal housekeepers, and seasonal maintenance.

📍Bring your resume to The Burg Coffee Shop & Kitchen in Ellensburg on Friday April 3rd, 2026 9:30am to 11:00am for an interview.

We work from the top of the pass to the Columbia River. We have positions available in both Lower and Upper County.

Seeking to fill several positions!
🐝Lead housekeeper requirements:
This is a year-round, full-time position. 2+ years of cleaning experience and 2+ years of management experience is required, as well as being able to fulfill our regular housekeeping position requirements. Experience with short term rentals (vacation) and residential cleaning is required. You must be available to work variety of shifts and be available for weekends and holidays (we do not work Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, or New Years Day).
Starting wage: DOE

🐝Seasonal housekeeper requirements:
This is a position April - September and is part-time and full-time; cleaning short term rentals (vacation rentals), primarily in the Suncadia neighborhood, but throughout the county. You must work well independently and with a team, pay keen attention to detail, have physical stamina and be able to lift 25+ pounds, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred. Be available to work Sundays and some Saturdays, as well as holidays (we do not work Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, or New Years Day). Be able to work a variety of shifts.
Starting wage: $18.00/hr

🐝Seasonal maintenance requirements:
This is a position April - September and is part-time. You must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, be able to keep a prompt schedule, lift 50+ pounds, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and be available to work Sundays and some holidays (we do not work Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, or New Years Day). Hot tub cleaning and window cleaning experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Starting wage: 20$/hr

Holiday closure hours announced:

We are adding a third day to our Christmas closures, and a second day to our New Year's closures. We thank you for your understanding of these added dates.

We find that being a service-based business open 7 days a week is difficult on staff and we want to prioritize their enjoying their personal time with family and friends.
