Just a little transparency from 50 Shades 👇
Over the past several months, our team has gotten a lot smaller. A few girls left to pursue different paths, another accepted a job closer to home, and the owner has been balancing the admin side while helping keep operations moving. So these days, when we’re quiet, it’s usually because we are actively inside clients’ homes working.
That means yes — sometimes calls get missed and messages take a little longer to respond to. Not because we are ignoring anyone, and definitely not because we don’t appreciate the business, but because our focus in that moment is making sure the homes we’re currently in are getting the attention they deserve.
We are absolutely still accepting new clients and continuing to grow. We’re also interviewing and working hard behind the scenes to rebuild our team the right way.
We simply ask for a little patience while we navigate this chapter. Small businesses aren’t always perfect, but everything we do comes from a place of care, hard work, and genuine appreciation for every client who supports us.
