We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager
Residential Cleaning Division | Woman-Owned Growing Company
As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and growth-minded Assistant Manager to help support our residential cleaning division and grow alongside us.
This is not just an “office” role. We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in leadership, operations, team support, customer experience, and helping create stronger systems as we scale. This role may be a great fit for someone who:
• Enjoys creating structure and organization
• Communicates confidently with both clients and teams
• Can problem solve and adapt quickly

• Takes pride in supporting people and improving operations
Responsibilities include:
▫️ Team support & accountability
▫️ Scheduling & operational coordination
▫️ Customer communication & service follow-up
▫️ Onboarding support & training coordination
▫️ Quality control & consistency
▫️ Helping improve systems and workflows as we grow

Starting pay begins at $18/hour during training with opportunity for growth and increased compensation based on performance and leadership development within the first 90 days.
