We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager
Residential Cleaning Division | Woman-Owned Growing Company

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and growth-minded Assistant Manager to help support our residential cleaning division and grow alongside us.

This is not just an “office” role. We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in leadership, operations, team support, customer experience, and helping create stronger systems as we scale. This role may be a great fit for someone who:
• Enjoys creating structure and organization
• Communicates confidently with both clients and teams
• Can problem solve and adapt quickly
• Wants long-term growth opportunities within a growing company
• Takes pride in supporting people and improving operations
Responsibilities include:
▫️ Team support & accountability
▫️ Scheduling & operational coordination
▫️ Customer communication & service follow-up
▫️ Onboarding support & training coordination
▫️ Quality control & consistency
▫️ Helping improve systems and workflows as we grow

We are building something with strong foundations, supportive leadership, and real opportunity for growth and we want someone excited to be part of that journey.

Starting pay begins at $18/hour during training with opportunity for growth and increased compensation based on performance and leadership development within the first 90 days.

Hines Cleaning will be operating with limited availability and slower response times over the next several days due to a recent loss in our immediate family.

As a family-owned business, family has always been at the heart of everything we do, and right now we are taking the time to be together, grieve, and support one another through an incredibly difficult season.

We are still doing our best to care for our clients and team, but we ask for grace and patience as we navigate the days ahead.

We’ve been BUSY lately helping clients with:

This one’s special 🤍

Working alongside my mom wasn’t just something that happened… it was always the plan. We both spent years cleaning homes, putting in the work, learning the ins and outs, and I knew one day I wanted to build something that we could be part of together.

Now here we are. In our own office. Building, growing, and still showing up side by side.

It’s not just a business for me, it’s family, legacy, and purpose all wrapped into one. And having her as my office manager? Truly the best decision I’ve ever made.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🫶
