A 32 year-old Ceiling Cleaning Company is looking for an exceptional Customer Service/Shipping and Receiving Specialist to help us to support our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers on the phone, email and/or video conferencing
- Process customer requests and product orders over the phone or via email.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Put orders together
- Shipping and receiving
- Organize documents/paperwork for transportation companies
- Keep warehouse organized
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Among others
Core Competencies:
- Detailed, accurate and VERY ORGANIZED
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Motivated individual with great personality.
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
Compensation and Hours:
- 40 hours
- $18.50 – $19.50 per hour or more depending on experience + monthly commissions for product sales + monthly bonuses for customer trainings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
- VERY HARD WORKING and HONEST INDIVIDUAL
Education and Knowledge:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, detail-oriented, fluency in English, and safety consciousness. (bi-lingual will be an excellent plus)
Employee will not be traveling and will be based in Eden Prairie, MN location. Employee must be living in Minneapolis/St. Paul area
