During the City’s July 4th festivities, a large group of 100 or more young people gathered near the vendors on Constitution Circle, and then made their way to the soccer field at Layton High School. A few people in the group were throwing lit fireworks into the crowd of people there to enjoy the evening. The male pictured here is wanted for questioning after being identified by witnesses as one of the people throwing fireworks. The City is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of one or more of the suspects involved.
