First Class Cleaning Service Inc. is seeking dependable, experienced cleaning technicians for commercial and project-based assignments.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Commercial cleaning
• Construction cleanup & final cleaning
• Restroom cleaning & sanitizing
• Floor stripping & waxing
• Buffing & floor-machine operation
• Carpet cleaning
• Interior & exterior window cleaning
• One-man/personnel lift & boom-lift experience
REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Valid driver’s license — REQUIRED
✓ Dependable transportation — REQUIRED
âś“ Must be dependable and punctual
âś“ Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
âś“ Must be able to perform physical work, including bending, reaching, lifting, pushing/pulling, standing and walking for extended periods
âś“ Early-morning availability may be required
⏰ IMPORTANT: If your scheduled start time is 6:00 AM, you are expected to be at your assigned work area and ready to begin working at 6:00 AM. Your start time is the time work begins—not the time you arrive at the job site.
Assignments may range from a few days to several weeks or longer. This is project-based employment, and 40 hours per week are not guaranteed.
Once you accept a project assignment, you are expected to honor your commitment, report to work on time and remain dependable throughout the assignment.
