Hi everyone! This is the owner of Lazy Days Cleaning. I would like to make an announcement because verbal communication isn’t seeming to work. I love all my clients but we do charge a reschedule/cancelation fee if the appointment is canceled/rescheduled within 72 hours of the clean. It’s not a message I like to relay but I figure because of the recent 3 cleans that were booked and scheduled ahead of time and either canceled, rescheduled, or just didn’t call at all, I have to speak out about this. We charge a fee because it’s a days pay lost for anyone scheduled that day. When we could have used that day for a client that chose to keep their day. Also if you have scheduled a clean and have paid in advance or already given deposit and you cancel without rescheduling, it will not be refunded. I’ve had this happen and it causes us to loose a days pay when this happens.
We understand things happen and here at lazy days cleaning we want more than anything to work with our clients. Tho I still have to pay my helpers that came out regardless of wether the clean is done or not and the fact it’s a days pay lost for everyone. I just thought I would try to explain this process to everyone that way it is known ahead of time from now on, and I will be pinning this post to the top of the page!
