Kelley’s Cleaning Services – Cancellation Policy

Hey everyone!
We completely understand that life happens and things come up sometimes. But because we stay pretty booked and hold your spot specifically for you, we do ask for at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will have a 50% cancellation fee.
(Price of scheduled clean)

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full cleaning amount.

Unfortunately when cancellations happen last minute, it usually doesn’t give us enough time to fill that spot, and as a small business that really affects us.

We appreciate all of our clients so much and thank y’all for understanding and supporting our business! 🫶
