Mamas with mops had a busy and successful week 🙌 clients booked everyday 🗓️

Having my husband as my “helper” and he absolutely killed it! He knows exactly how I clean and what I expect (absolute perfection every time) NO shortcuts! ✅ plus he doesn’t mind any positive criticism I give him or if I ask him to redo something.

Maybe I should rename the business Mamas and Pops 😂

We forgot the steam cleaner when finishing a deep clean 🧽 so that means hands and knees scrubbing tile/grout! We will get it done right every time 💚

How does Mamas with Mops handle new client walk throughs??

—- I do not attend new client walkthroughs/meetings alone. Typically I have my husband come along if he is available. If he isn’t available then I have someone else. It’s never because I don’t trust you, it’s because I don’t know you yet.

All of my clients and I have great relationships, however, for your safety and mine in the beginning we take proper precautions because of instances like this.
— my location status is always on for multiple people.
— If I have an odd feeling arriving somewhere I immediately alert someone and/or leave.

I’ve been lucky and have only felt unsure one time, it turned out all good but I took every precaution I needed to guarantee a safe and successful service.

Prosecutors said Ezekiel Jackson used the neighborhood network app Nextdoor to lure the victim to his home under the guise of needing a cleaning service. When the woman arrived, Jackson launched a physical attack against her and held her captive.

This is a regular client of mine. On their biweekly schedule I do their top floor and main floor. This is their basement. It’s an as needed cleaning. Usually after they have company or they are expecting company. I told her I felt like I was cleaning a BNB, I knew they were expecting friends for the weekend so I added a little extra touch, such as rolling towels/wash clothes, giving the toilet paper a cute little folding design 😆 making sure everything was top notch for their expected friends! My client told me she doesn’t believe her basement has ever been so clean and looked so good. 🧽🥰

I strive to ensure everyone is completely satisfied with my services and encourage them to let me know if anything is wrong. I rather my clients speak up rather than be unhappy. I believe that’s what makes a great cleaning company. Open conversations, satisfaction and mutual respect.
