A Property With a Story… 🏊‍♂️

Over the years, we’ve had some pretty unforgettable pools on our maintenance route — from a pool featured on the cover of a California pool magazine, to commercial pools with some of the best views in Corpus Christi overlooking the USS Lexington, to properties connected to some familiar faces in local media.

One particular property has always stood out to us. Long before it became a popular Airbnb vacation destination, it was owned by a local media personality and had some very unique features — including a memorable chandelier in the primary closet.

We’ve fondly referred to the property over the years as the “Katia House.” Today, it belongs to one of our customers and we’re proud to still care for the pool.

It’s a pretty cool reminder that sometimes, maintaining pools means becoming a small part of the history behind them.🌴

Another repair done right. 🔧💧

When a pool pump runs dry, excessive heat can cause PVC plumbing to expand, deform, or fail at the connection points. For this repair, we replumbed the section and installed a high-temperature union to provide a more durable connection designed to better handle heat.

Proper repairs aren’t just about fixing the problem—they’re about preventing the next one. 🏊‍♂️
