New Wave Dave Pool Service is seeking a Swimming Pool Service Technician to add to our team!

Duties will include driving to the customers' location, testing the chemicals of the swimming pool water, adding needed chemicals, cleaning debris from customer's swimming pools, performing minor equipment repairs, and other duties as necessary.

To ensure success as a pool service technician, you should have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!

Requirements:

-Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions.
-Ability to swim.
-Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
-Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems.
-Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods is preferred but not required.
-Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repairs is a benefit.
-Ability to lift heavy equipment.
-Professional appearance.
-Loyalty and the drive to perform all duties with excellence.
-MUST have dependable truck (compensation provided), valid Driver’s License, and vehicle insurance.

New Wave Dave Pool Service is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Position Requirements/Summary:
Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support duties to help maintain an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, trustworthy, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

• Answer the phone in a timely manner, direct calls to the correct offices/employees and respond to client questions and requests for information
• Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in-person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong work management and prioritizing skills
• Assist in various accounting functions, billing, account receivables, and account payables as needed
• Collect and process credit card payments from customers and assist in monthly collections efforts
• Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
• Maintain files and assist in record keeping
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
• Assist Human Resources in new hire and employment processes
• Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
• Assist with event planning and implementation
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Perform work related errands as requested
• Keep office area clean and tidy
