Great review from James... "Billy and Mike are wonderful people and their work is top notch. We had them clean 3 floors of carpets and some furniture and it looks way better than we expected. They are also 2 of the nicest guys I've ever met and we thoroughly enjoyed having them in our home. I never thought carpet cleaning could be enjoyable, but these guys are amazing and we don't have to buy new carpet yet!!!"

Great review from Nancy... "What service provider in any industry somehow consistently DELIVERS "5-Star" service? Well--you just happened upon one. I'm now a convert and "Specializing Cleaning" will be my one-stop go-to from here forward! I have two rental spaces on my property and "Mike" came today to clean carpet and did a beyond-excellent job. From reliably showing up (actually early!), to excellent communication--to TAKING ON AN ADDITIONAL JOB WHILE HE WAS HERE--I wasn't sure Specialized would even consider--much less offer--"Well, I have a few minutes before my next commitment--let me see if I could make a call and work it in now!" This family-owned business of multiple decades has the autonomy to make decisions on the spot. And think and work out of the box. I am simply bowled over by this level of skill, commitment to excellence, and customer service. And---pay double for this kind of expertise?? No, quite the opposite. I wonder what the world would be like if all businesses were like this?"
