We recieved a call to inspect a septic system that was installed a year ago, this customer has had problems for an entire year, upon inspection it was determined the pump chamber was installed incorrectly and collapsed which filled the pump chamber with backfill material and caused the pump to fail, the control panel was wired incorrectly which caused the circuit board to short out, the installer tried to bypass the fuse by wrapping fuse in foil from a piece of chewing gum, sewer line from septic tank to pump chamber failed bc pump chamber collapsed

Was called to replace the sewer lines on 4 apartments for a customer. Found that they had previously been replaced with PVC but without any clean outs. We installed clean outs, cleaned, and performed a camera inspection. Installed protective concrete rings on each clean out as well.

Our customer called and needed his septic tank located, he wasn’t sure the last time the tank was pumped and inspected
We were able to locate the tank beneath the carport and under the concrete slab

- sawed concrete and removed debris
- braced carport roof to remove post over septic tank
- excavated existing tank
- pumped existing tank for inspection, found tank wall to be deteriorating
- back filled existing tank with stone
- installed new sewer line under concrete slab to new precast septic tank
- tied existing drain field to new septic tank
- prepped area and formed for concrete
- poured new concrete slab to replace area that was removed
- dressed up yard from construction
