How to Contact Us and What To Expect:
STEP #1: Send a Text to 803-529-8091 OR Send an Email to [email protected] with your Name, Email Address, Location of Property (State Only) and Phone Number. Also, List Pest you need assistance with as well as your preferred method of contact. (Email, Text, Call, or Video). If urgent, please specify URGENT in your initial message so that I am able to prioritize calls.
STEP #2: You will receive a response based on your preferred method of contact. If you have chosen Phone or Video Call, you can expect an initial phone call to schedule an appointment. When available, I will address the issue and help immediately.
STEP #3: Once we have established an appointment and selected level of service needed, you can expect to receive an Email AND/OR Text Message with a link to pay for service. We are completely paperless so please be prepared with ApplePay, CashApp, or Credit/Debit Card for service fees!
Pricing And Explanation of services is as follows:
$10.00 Email Consultation: For $10, you can email or text me a pest issue (Up To 2 Pest) and I will provide an overview of the pest, its biology, control measures, a treatment plan, and product recommendations. I usually respond to those emails in 24-48 hours. This is mainly for those who may not have a pressing issue and urgency isn’t needed. (Bed Bug, German Cockroaches, and Rodent Issues DO NOT QUALIFY for this level of service). Please provide as much information with your initial email as possible! Clear Pictures (if applicable) and best explanation of your particular issue. If more info is needed, I will reach out. You can also use this level of service for pest identification. But Remember...Clear Pictures...Good Lighting! I won't be able to identify a blurry blob!
For $20, you can schedule a phone call for us to discuss your pest needs. We will discuss and address control methods, possible conducive conditions, product recommendations, as well as provide needed support to help you solve your problem. This call will be followed up with an email containing the same info as above and a summary of what was discussed and a treatment plan moving forward.⬆️
For $30, I will perform a Video Call inspection and help walk you through diagnosing a particular pest issue. This can be performed using FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. This is sometimes needed for more difficult pests like Bed Bugs, German Cockroaches, and Rodents. Think of this as an inspection by a professional without physically having a person in your personal space. This really helps the DIYer understand where to look to find pest problems but more importantly, how to solve those problems. This level of service also includes a follow up email with the same info as listed above with your treatment plan as well as a follow up call 7-10 days after initial call.
The only additional charges would be for an Off Hours call which would happen if you needed an appointment between 8pm and 8am. This would be reserved for Emergency’s Only or if your work schedule does not allow 8am-8pm EST appointments. The Off Hours charge is $15 per appointment.
STEP #4: Payment link will be sent first and i will need to verify payment at time of service.
