⚠️ 🧼 A LITTLE MAID&More PSA 🧼 ⚠️
I just want to take a minute to clarify something about my cleaning services because I feel like communication is SO important between myself and my clients. ❤️
A basic cleaning is exactly that — a basic maintenance cleaning. This includes things like dusting and hand-dusting surfaces, counters, bathrooms, floors, window sills, baseboards as part of the normal cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, inside the microwave, and wiping down the outside of appliances, etc.
Things that are outside of a normal basic clean — such as taking everything off shelves to clean behind/under everything, moving couches and furniture to vacuum underneath, moving beds to clean underneath, cleaning inside cabinets, doing laundry, folding/putting away clothes, organizing, or other detailed/extra tasks — are considered additional services and may have an additional charge.
I am always happy to discuss what you need and give you a price BEFORE doing anything extra. If you ever wonder, “Can you do this?” or “How much would it be to add this?” PLEASE just ask me! ❤️
And this goes both ways with communication. If there is ever something I missed, something you expected that wasn't done, or something you would like done differently, PLEASE tell me! You can literally say, “Hey Brittany, you missed this,” or “Could you do this next time?” I promise I am not offended. I would much rather know so I can fix it than have someone be unhappy and never tell me.
I truly appreciate the clients who have come to me when something bothered them and allowed me the opportunity to make it right. I have gone back, discounted cleanings, added things, and even given free cleanings before because your happiness matters to me. ❤️
But I am also only one person. This is my job, my business, and my livelihood. Just like everyone else, I have bills to pay and a family to take care of. I cannot continually add extra hours of work to a cleaning while charging the same price. I also haven't raised my prices in 3 years, despite inflation and the cost of supplies, gas, insurance, equipment, etc. I work hard to keep my prices competitive and affordable because I know having your home professionally cleaned isn't always in everyone's budget.
Also, a quick reminder about payments: Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal take fees out of payments, so when you choose one of those methods, I am immediately losing several dollars from your payment. I don't add that fee onto your bill because I try to make things as easy as possible for everyone, but it is something to keep in mind. ❤️
I am SO thankful for every single person who supports Maid&More LLC. I genuinely love my clients and take a lot of pride in what I do. Constructive criticism is NEVER a problem. Questions are never a problem. Asking for something extra is never a problem.

UPDATE:After looking into the anonymous review, I was able to identify who posted it.
This individual has never been a cleaning client of Maid&More LLC. They have never hired me for any cleaning service, so they cannot honestly review the quality of my work.
The person is actually an Etsy seller that I've purchased DTF prints from over the past year. During that time, there were multiple order issues, including missing items and communication concerns. Most recently, after another negative experience, I left an honest review based on my experience as a customer.
Shortly afterward, this anonymous review appeared on my business page.
I'm sharing this simply to reassure my current and future clients that this review was not left by someone who has ever used Maid&More LLC's cleaning services. It was retaliation from someone I had previously left a review for as a customer.
I appreciate everyone who reached out, supported me, and gave me the opportunity to look into it. My focus remains the same as it has always been for the last 3 years: providing reliable, honest, and quality service to every client.
The investigation is over, the facts are clear, and it's time to move forward.

Over the last 3 years in business, I have been incredibly blessed to serve so many wonderful families. If a client has ever had a concern, they've always reached out to me directly, and I've always done everything I could to make it right. Customer satisfaction has always been one of my top priorities.
Recently, an anonymous account with no name, no profile, no followers, and no details about any service posted false comments about my business. They didn't provide a date, location, or any information that would allow me to identify them or address their concerns. Because of that, I have no reason to believe this is from an actual client.
I stand behind my work and my reputation. The only time I have ever chosen to stop working with a client was because their expectations could not reasonably be met, despite every effort on my part. Sometimes it's simply not the right fit, and that's okay.
To all of my current and past clients, thank you for trusting Maid&More LLC. Your continued support, referrals, reviews, and kind words mean more than you know. My work and the relationships I've built over the last three years speak for themselves, and I will continue providing the same honest, dependable service that has built this business from the beginning.

✨ BEFORE & AFTER ✨
Yesterday's post-construction clean is DONE. 💪 11 hours later and what a transformation!!
These floors were covered in spackle dust and paint. Some areas had to be mopped 12+ times just to get them looking this clean. Every bit of hard work was worth it!
