UPDATE:After looking into the anonymous review, I was able to identify who posted it.
This individual has never been a cleaning client of Maid&More LLC. They have never hired me for any cleaning service, so they cannot honestly review the quality of my work.
The person is actually an Etsy seller that I've purchased DTF prints from over the past year. During that time, there were multiple order issues, including missing items and communication concerns. Most recently, after another negative experience, I left an honest review based on my experience as a customer.
Shortly afterward, this anonymous review appeared on my business page.
I'm sharing this simply to reassure my current and future clients that this review was not left by someone who has ever used Maid&More LLC's cleaning services. It was retaliation from someone I had previously left a review for as a customer.
I appreciate everyone who reached out, supported me, and gave me the opportunity to look into it. My focus remains the same as it has always been for the last 3 years: providing reliable, honest, and quality service to every client.
The investigation is over, the facts are clear, and it's time to move forward.

Over the last 3 years in business, I have been incredibly blessed to serve so many wonderful families. If a client has ever had a concern, they've always reached out to me directly, and I've always done everything I could to make it right. Customer satisfaction has always been one of my top priorities.
Recently, an anonymous account with no name, no profile, no followers, and no details about any service posted false comments about my business. They didn't provide a date, location, or any information that would allow me to identify them or address their concerns. Because of that, I have no reason to believe this is from an actual client.
I stand behind my work and my reputation. The only time I have ever chosen to stop working with a client was because their expectations could not reasonably be met, despite every effort on my part. Sometimes it's simply not the right fit, and that's okay.
To all of my current and past clients, thank you for trusting Maid&More LLC. Your continued support, referrals, reviews, and kind words mean more than you know. My work and the relationships I've built over the last three years speak for themselves, and I will continue providing the same honest, dependable service that has built this business from the beginning.
