To anyone whoâs been putting off having someone come help because youâre embarrassed about the state of your home⌠please read this.
I want you to know:
I will never judge you for a home that looks âlived in.â
I will never judge you for being too busy, too tired, too drained, or too overwhelmed to keep up.
I will never judge you for brain fog, depression, chronic illness, pain, grief, or any reason that makes cleaning feel impossible right now.
I will never judge you for toys on the floor, dishes in the sink, laundry mountains, or dust thatâs been there longer than you want to admit.
You are not lazy. You are not failing.
Youâre a human whoâs been carrying a lotâsometimes more than anyone can see.
When people message me apologizing in advance, feeling ashamed before I even walk through the door, my heart hurts⌠because 99 % of the time itâs nowhere near as âbadâ as theyâve built it up in their head. And even when it is a lot, Iâve seen it before. Iâve cleaned it before. And Iâm still here, ready to help with zero judgmentâonly kindness.
Your worth is not measured by how spotless your house is.
You deserve help, exactly as you are, exactly where you are.
If money is tight and youâre scared to even ask what it costsâthatâs okay too. We can talk about it. There are several options, payment plans, and sometimes just knowing youâre not alone makes the weight a little lighter.
You donât have to do this by yourself.
Reach out when youâre ready. Iâll meet you right where you areâwith compassion, not criticism.
You are worthy of a home that feels peaceful, even if we have to build that peace one gentle step at a time.
I promise youâre safe here.đŠľ
