The people who find me to clean or organize vary in what they need help with. But after they hire me I become part of the family. I have met the most amazing families and people by cleaning homes. They truly become dear friends.
I clean and cook, and do laundry, yard work, house repairs. Move in move out cleans, weekly & monthly cleans. But what sets me apart is the people who seek me out.
If someone struggles with addiction , then yes I’ll clean make the home sparkle and livable for them and if they have kids then it’s a different system put into place. I bring home cooked meals to those clients while they are in detox, to show support and nothing helps more in someone’s day than food that heals the soul. Im your cleaning lady who will be a friendly reminder to get back in the gym, and help you set goals for your house and life. Get you into an amazing dr to get your health right so detox is not so bad. I Have a EOS buddy pass and I’ll meet u there, and we can steam and sauna to help detox faster. I only charge for the clean everything else is just me supporting someone because I know how hard detox can be, and no one should do it alone. If your not committed and lie and make excuses, and don’t have that drive to want change in your life then yes I can totally help u clean, but it’s up to the individual to take accountability and want better in their own lives and for the lives that surround them. Addiction is a ripple effect, and it can stop and one can find peace and hope and the will to show up differently than before.
To the families who struggle with food and money is tight I’m their kids food fairy, no family should go hungry, and no single parent should feel like they are failing because of hard times. I go to food banks and get what these families need because most can’t go because of work, or they don’t qualify.
If it’s a medical client, or hospice I try to ensure that even with them not physically able to do things that they have peace of mind knowing their house is clean and it’s not something for the family to stress about.
I’ve helped clean for independent adults with special needs, I check on behalf of the families, and help keep the space clean and sanitary so they can live a life that is their own.
I’ve helped 2 women and about to help a 3rd with fixing up and cleaning and prepping for a home to sell. I’m a different cleaning lady. I know the trades and I know what needs to happen for a home to sell and how to fix what needs to be done on a budget. And usually single women are the first to be screwed over by contractors and repair men. If I don’t have the skills to fix what needs to be done, I have a list of different contractors and trades men I trust. That support single women.
Ive cleaned for private businesses spaces, drs and massage spas,
Mental health is near and dear to my heart, and single parents and military need the most support of alll. Same with first responders.
Another clean people don’t think about is cleaning for people after a loved one has passed. It takes a-lot for a family to open up their home after a loss of a parent or child or spouse. But those who do don’t see me as getting in the way, but someone to help make the house not feel like it’s another thing that has to be taken care of when realistically just waking up for the day is hard enough to do when your in grief. Most of these I do for a few weeks or months as a trail free run to just take the pressure off a family, and to give back to the community around me.
For Domestic Violence- I help pack and move and get kids and women to safety. I will come while your moving out so your not alone with the other individual, usually having a 3rd party help and not connected to either person make emotions run less high, and both parties are safe and nothing escalates to police having to be involved. These move out or cleans is also my give back to the community, and I have done it for 3yrs in Davis county, and 15yrs while a military spouse helping with FRG.
I clean not because of money. I clean because it brings me joy to help someone else’s day. It’s always about the people and how they feel before and after I leave. Do they feel more confident and at peace knowing that having their space in order is? Thats the goal. It’s always how a person feels in their home.
