Important update: Hello to all my clients and future clients. I have to increase my $35/Hr 2hr minimum income this is after October, if you're already booked with me it'll be $35/hr 2hrs minimum until your next appointment! Alot of my upkeep appointments are 2-3hrs which is fine, however 2hrs $70 n most pay venmo so with instant transfer it's $2-4 depending on how much: I've been in business now for myself almost a year, and I have my own bills, full time divorced mom, and have to factor in, cleaning supplies, gas, labor: Most people don't realize what it takes to clean, every detail I clean and wipe down: example, bathrooms: Baseboards, walls, shelves, in/on/behind/around toilet, inside tub/on tile, outside shower/tub, sink/inside and outside, counter tops, mirrors, light fixtures, doors, cabinets, as well as organizing as I go, picking up toys, dirty clothes, and physical labor: Bending, twisting, reaching, scrubbing, after the time and labor and all the different cleaning supplies it's not as much money as it sounds. Cleaning supplies:Stuff inside back of toilet tank to bleach/disinfectant, and clean hard water, toilet bowl cleaner, air freshener stamps, and multipurpose cleaner for the outside of the toilet/side/behind toilet. Cleaner for tub/sink. Windex for mirror and any other glass, floor cleaner, etc This is just the bathroom not including different things for kitchen, bedrooms, folding and hanging up laundry, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, make beds, pick up toys, etc.
I love working for myself, I love making things look new and beautiful, and giving clients the fresh feeling when I'm done.

If your booked with me now even if it's after October I'll honor the $35/hr 2hrs minimum. Even if you get on my books now till October is over it'll be $35/hr 2hrs minimum. After October appointments/new appointments will now be 2hrs $100! $25/Per hr after the 1st 2 hours. 4hrs would be $150!
Or charged by the jobbif move out/in jobs.

I know some clients won't be happy with the changes however I'm barely making my bills, let alone having anything extra to spare, ((added having a hormonal kid /growing kid)and putting physical labor in multiple times a day does take its toll on me.

Basic cleaning 🧹 (Common areas only, no ceiling fans/blinds/laundry/baseboards/or walls/no bedrooms/no beds made/(Living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, office rooms etc included)

Deep cleaning 🧼 Any and all rooms included! Baseboards/Fans/inside and outside appliances/walls/vents/doors/cabinets/organize supplies in the kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms etc/Make beds/Change bedding and sheets/Put away laundry/wash laundry/floors included in all cleanings.

Organizing -Organizing closets/kitchen cabinets/supply closets/garages/dressers/bathroom supplies/etc as well as wipe down whatever shelves/doors etc as I organize. 🧺

Rearrange furniture, home decor, unpacking, etc📦

Move in/out: cleaning/organizing/packing.

Run your errands: You pay for what you need done in advance: Grocery shopping, groomers, etc pay to me or place, then I bring back whatever you need me to do and a receipt.

Cooking/meal prep: You buy the food in advance, I come to your residence and cook and clean up after myself.🍲🥘

Strictly laundry: Wash/Dry/fold/ hang up!

Clean up after/inside and outside after pets, bathe pets and walk them (Reptiles as well) (please no spiders tho)
