**Attention Customers,

DO NOT take the lids off of your meter boxes. With the freezing temperatures we are having if you take your lid off that meter will freeze within a few minutes. If your meter busts you could be responsible for the meter and be charged what it costs for a new meter.

If you have water in your meter boxes your water is not frozen. Do not try and take the water out of the box, it helps to keep the meter from freezing.

Please do not take it upon your selves to start a fire in the meter boxes, it will damage the property inside the box. You could get charged for the damages.

Powell’s Valley Water District is now accepting applications and or resumes for outside labor position. **BOIL WATER ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED**

PVWD is open today, Wednesday, Dec 24, 2025 until 3:00 p.m. Due to a phone issue, customers are unable to call the office directly. Calls are going to PVWD's after hours answering service which is for emergencies only.
The office will be closed Christmas Day. We will be open on Friday, Dec 26, 2025.

PVWD is currently repairing a water leak on Wi******er Rd. When the water service is restored, there will be a boil water advisory from and including Virden Springs Rd to 8538 Wi******er Rd and includes customers on Danny Dale Dr.
