During a recent service call at Walmart, our service expert investigated backed-up toilets and traced the issue to a blockage in the main sewer line.

When a main line becomes obstructed, it can affect multiple fixtures throughout a building. That's why finding the source of the problem is just as important as clearing the backup.

Our service expert used hydro jetting equipment to tackle the blockage and restore proper flow through the line.

It's a good reminder that what looks like a simple toilet backup could actually be a sign of a much bigger plumbing issue.

El Niño has a funny way of finding the little problems around your home that have been easy to ignore.

Maybe it is the faucet that has been dripping for months. The tub that drains a little slower than it used to. Or that older plumbing fixture you keep saying you will get around to replacing.

Does your handyman just “make it work”... or make it right?

Sometimes the difference is hiding in plain sight.

This toilet works, but take a closer look at that water supply line. It’s stretched across from the left side because the toilet that was installed has the connection on the opposite side. It may get the job done today, but it’s not exactly the kind of finished product you want to see in your home.

That’s the difference between someone who can fix things and a professional who thinks through the whole job.

At JT Services, we don’t want to leave you with a “well, it works” solution. We want it installed correctly, cleanly, and with the kind of attention to detail we’d expect in our own homes.

Because sometimes the villain isn’t a huge plumbing disaster. Sometimes it’s the little shortcut nobody bothered to fix.

We showed up to a job site expecting a normal day of work and then realized we had a pretty tall supervisor watching over us. 🦒

One of the best parts of what we do is getting out into our communities, meeting great people, and occasionally getting a job-site view you definitely don’t see every day.

Safe to say, this one made the crew look twice.

A little look back at our time at the Tulsa State Fair! 👋🧡

Our JT Services booth gave people a chance to see firsthand some of the ways we help protect and take care of their homes, from storm shelters and steel safe rooms to whole-home generators, heating and air, and water filtration.

We loved getting to meet so many people, answer questions, and show off what JT Services is all about.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the orange-and-black booth and spent a little time with our team. We’re already looking forward to next time!
