The cleaning products I sell are the exact cleaning products I use to clean houses.

Great products, amazing results! 

When you see home and body products from us, it will be under the label “The CC Collective”. So what exactly does this mean?

CC stands for Cabin Creek. The beginning of the farm name that started it all when our friends owned the property before us and named it “Cabin Creek Farm”. Well, there’s already a “Cabin Creek Farm” outside of Cushing, OK so when we registered the name with the state, we decided to go with Ranch. Locally, the Cabin Creek name quickly became associated with our family, so when I officially started my cleaning/janitorial business in 2020 we aptly named it Cabin Creek Cleaning Services, LLC.

The CC Collective is a literal collaboration of our two businesses and designated in a way to bring our customers the best, non-toxic products we could.

You can find The CC Collective cleaning products at Farm Hippie Claremore and soon to be available again at our roadside cottage and Rooted Harmony Market. At the cottage will be the only place you can find everything we make.

Every bottle and every package is literally made by hand in small batches to ensure the best and most consistent quality.

Refresher Bomb: This great multi-use tablet has a packed powerhouse of cleaning and refreshing ingredients that follow my non-toxic lifestyle. These can be used in toilet bowls, washing machines, garbage disposals or just sat on a plate in a room that needs a scent pick up. Zero oxygenated bleach like the commercial tablets have and these are septic safe!

Shower Steamer: set on a shelf in your shower or place in bath water to release spa-like scents and bring your body into relaxation. **Made with coconut oil, so if used in bath water it can make the tub base slippery. So just use caution!

There’s a new business coming to town and the owner reached out to me for post-construction cleaning so he can open for business by June 1. While this type of clean went smoother than most, I want to take a moment and share the beautiful work the contractor did (if you know this building, you know it was well antiquated) and the gorgeous flooring after deep cleaning. ***The floors were still damp when the after photos were taken. But the finish after drying was perfect.

Products used were my own The CC Collective brand.

Let’s talk about a popular cleaning ingredient for many people, and let’s also talk about how to properly use it.

Vinegar

It is not safe for every surface, despite being a natural solution. Vinegar is acidic, which means it should not be used on natural stone surfaces, most wood surfaces or waxy surfaces. It breaks down polyurethane, which creates dullness. Repeated exposure to acid can wear down or soften the protective finish over time, especially on older or lower-quality polyurethane coatings. Natural stone is porous and can be easily etched, so using vinegar will slowly dissolve the surface causing dull and etched spots.

Most of my cleaning products are vinegar-free and lean toward being pH-neutral which means less harm on most surfaces. It’s important to know what to use and how to use it to prolong the surfaces in your home.
