🚽Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Septic Services Technician. This position involves the maintenance, inspection, pumping, and repair of residential and commercial septic systems. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions, and committed to safety, customer service, and high-quality work. We value reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

🚽Key Responsibilities:

✔️Perform basic septic system repairs and assist with system installations
✔️Operate service and installation equipment or the ability to learn to operate required equipment
✔️Communicate professionally with customers to explain work performed and provide maintenance recommendations
✔️Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork
✔️Follow all safety procedures and regulations related to septic and waste handling
✔️Clean and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment
✔️Work as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
✔️Perform other related duties as assigned

🚽Qualifications:

✔️Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to obtain)
✔️Experience in septic, plumbing, or construction work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
✔️Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
✔️Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔️Ability to work independently and follow directions
✔️Good communication and customer service skills
✔️Willingness to work overtime

Septic Tip #3️⃣:
Shield Your Drain Field🛡️

Some reminders that can add to the longevity of your drain field:
🚽The area of your drain field is not intended to have heavy equipment drive over it.
🚽Make sure trees and shrubbery with invasive root systems are planted far from the septic system.
🚽Some livestock can dig down into the area of the drain field causing damage.
🚽Ensure the septic tank has a rear baffle installed to limit solids exiting the tank.
🚽Maintain a septic pumping schedule.
