Excited to be teaming up with a property manager on an Airbnb property with a lot of potential. Since the property manager lives two hours away, I’ll be handling much of the hands-on work to help bring this Airbnb back to life.

If there’s one thing I’m confident in, it’s turning properties around and creating spaces guests love. This home is absolutely beautiful, located on the water with amazing views, plus it features both a pool and hot tub. It truly has everything needed to become a standout stay again.

One of the best parts is that it’s only five minutes from my house. After traveling to Rock Hall daily, it’ll be nice to have a project much closer to home. Excited to get started and see the transformation ahead.

Can’t wait to show them what my team and I do. They will have the 5 star reviews they need in no time.

Today was a very eventful and productive day. I had the opportunity to meet with a potential client for an estimate. His home was unique, which I truly appreciate, and we had a great conversation that lasted about an hour. I’m hopeful we’ll earn the opportunity to work with him and his family—they seem like wonderful people to partner with.

I also received several inquiries from individuals interested in joining the team, which is exciting as we continue to grow.

Additionally, I’m preparing to begin my second Airbnb property management role at the end of the month, with our first cleaning scheduled as part of that transition. I had a very positive meeting with the property owner and feel confident that this will be a successful partnership. I’m grateful for the opportunity and glad to be gaining more experience on the property management side of Airbnb operations.

And to top off the day, an unexpected moment while cleaning: I encountered a snake while vacuuming. It definitely startled me, but I was able to safely remove it and release it back outside.

I met 2 workers down to a boat and got them started on that today. I think it’s cool when we are not doing same thing everyday and can change up jobs. Never gets boring or old for sure. Those girls have been a great team together. Definitely an asset to the team for sure.
